The challenge
A licensed direct carrier competing against brokers who look identical online. Nothing on a standard moving page tells a customer whether the company that quotes the job is the one that shows up, and every price had to be worked out over the phone before anyone knew whether the move was worth booking.
What we did
A site built around the question movers actually get asked: what will this cost. A five-step configurator takes the route, the size of the home and the services, then returns an itemised Not-to-Exceed price and lets the customer reserve the date without a call.
Around it we built the pages that answer the second question: a direct-carrier-versus-broker comparison, a page per service, and a page for each long-distance route the company runs. The art direction is illustrated rather than stock photography, so the site does not look like every other moving company.

What it does for buyers
- A guaranteed price in about two minutes, not after a phone call
- See in plain terms who is a carrier and who is a broker
- Reserve the moving date online, with a refundable deposit
What it does for the owner
- Enquiries arrive already priced, dated and itemised
- The broker objection is answered by the page instead of the phone
- Route pages for the lanes the trucks actually run
Standout features
- Five-step move configurator ending in a Not-to-Exceed total
- Direct carrier versus broker comparison, side by side
- A page for each popular long-distance route
- Illustrated art direction instead of stock moving photography
