On-page SEO and content
On-page SEO is what the page says and how it is arranged. One page answers one question, the answer sits at the top rather than after four paragraphs about the company, the headings are the questions people type, and every page links to the pages next to it. This is also what decides whether an answer engine can quote you.
What you get
- A topic list from search data, with the monthly volume next to each item, so the order is arguable
- One page per question, with the intent written down before the text is
- A short direct answer first, then the detail, because that block is what gets quoted
- Headings in the form of the question, so the page can be scanned by a person in five seconds
- Titles and descriptions written for the search result, not copied from the H1
- Internal links planned as a graph: every new page is linked from somewhere and links onward
How it works
- 01
Plan
week 1
The question list, grouped by intent, with the ones already covered by your existing pages marked. That marking is what stops two of your pages fighting each other.
- 02
Rewrite what exists
week 1 to 3
Existing pages first. They already have history, and moving them is faster and cheaper than starting new ones.
- 03
New pages
monthly
Written to the same shape, published, linked, and then left alone long enough to see what they do.
What it costs
Ranges, not a single number: the final figure is fixed in writing before we start. Responsive design and on page SEO are included, not add ons.
- Content, monthly
- $250 / month
New pages each month plus rewrites of the pages that are close to moving.
Work we have done
When not to hire us
- You want volume: fifty pages a month, one topic stretched across all of them. That is the pattern that gets sites filtered, and we have measured it on competitors.
- The pages have to say something the business cannot back up. We will not write claims you cannot stand behind.
- Nobody on your side can answer questions about the work itself. Pages that beat competitors need detail only you have.
Questions
- How many pages do I need?
- As many as you have distinct questions to answer, which is usually far fewer than an agency selling page packages will tell you. We take the question list from search data and stop where the demand stops.
- Can ChatGPT write my pages?
- It can draft, and drafting is not the hard part. The hard part is having something specific to say: your prices, your process, the thing you know that your competitor does not. A page without that reads like every other page on the subject, and both readers and ranking systems notice.
- What is the 80/20 rule in SEO?
- Usually it means a small number of pages carry most of the traffic. That is true often enough to be useful: find the pages that already get shown and improve those before writing anything new.
- Do you write the text or do I?
- We write it, you correct the facts. The parts only you know, prices, process, materials, come from you in a short call or a few notes, and the writing is ours.
- How do I get quoted in AI answers?
- Answer one question per page, put the answer first, keep it to a few sentences that still make sense when lifted out, and say who wrote it and when. There is no markup that does this for you.
